Status of Ideas
The status of ideas can vary, whether through automatic allocation (such as “sent” or “in evaluation”) or through manual allocation (such as “not relevant” or “idea pool”).
Automatic status
- Sent: Submitted and, so to speak, “fresh” ideas (“sent” from the point of view of the idea provider).
- In evaluation: Ideas that have been evaluated or marked as relevant at least once.
Manually assigned status
The status of an idea can only be changed manually by campaign owners.
- Not relevant: Ideas that do not fit the topic of a campaign, for example, can be classified as “not relevant” even before the evaluation phase starts.
- Pool ideas: Ideas that cannot be implemented at the moment, but could be interesting at a later stage. These can be classified with an “idea pool” even before the evaluation phase starts.
Here's how they can manually assign a status to the ideas:
- Go into a campaigning
- Select the Ideas tab
- Click on an idea
- Select the button in the top right Change status
