Gamification

Idea campaigns and innovation challenges have an integrated gamification and points system.

1. Go into a campaigns
2. Select the Ideas tab
   

You can see the points of an idea directly in the grid or list view and also in the detailed view. Depending on positive interactions, idea providers and ideas receive points:

- When an idea provider an idea submits, he receives 8 points.
- When an idea one Like Gets, receives 3 points. If you like your own ideas, no points are awarded.
- When an idea than relevant Is marked, receives 15 points.
- When an idea At the evaluation, with the evaluation criterion provided for gamification, is rated with a value >5, it receives 30 points (if not disabled in settings).
- When an idea at the end of the campaign among the top 5 ideas Is, does she receive 10 points.

The number of points for ideas shows an initial tendency to show how interesting or popular certain ideas are among participants/users.
