Challenge: Elements and structure

An idea campaign consists of the following elements:

  • Ideas
  • Description and objectives
  • Comments
  • User Management (participants)
Ideas

Here you can see all the ideas that have been submitted to a campaign.

Ideas that

  • are new and you haven't seen
  • have been marked as relevant by you or others (role evaluator and owner)
  • were liked by you or others
  • are still to be evaluated (these are all relevant ideas that have not yet been evaluated by you)
  • have already been evaluated by you.

More about this at ideas.

Description

Use this area to make your idea providers curious and motivate them.

More about this at Campaign description.

Comments

Depending on your permissions in a campaign, you may see the comments tab in the campaign overview. Using comments makes it much easier to share information and interact with all participants in a campaign.

More about this at Comments and engagement.

User Management (Participants)

For each campaign, you can define who has access to them, who can/should evaluate ideas and who manages or “owns” the campaign together with you.

You can find out more about the roles in the campaigns at User management and permissions.
