Account and organization

1. Go to your account in the top right corner and click on the cogwheel.

2. Go to Organization settings.

3. Upload a logo in .png or.jpg format and save. For an optimal display, it is best to use a square logo, such as the FavIcon from the website or the logo from the LinkedIn company page.

Innovation attitudes

To the right of the organization settings, you will find the Innovation attitudes. You can transfer internal names and terminology to AnyIdea so that everyone involved can find themselves again. These settings are used as default settings for every campaign in Ideation. They can be individually adapted in each campaign.

1. Portfolio settings: x-axis, y-axis and point size.
2. Evaluation criteria
3. Tips and information for evaluators relating to the individual criteria. For example, from what investment/number of man-days it is a high implementation effort and when a low implementation effort.
4. Gamification: Select the criterion that earns the idea provider additional points when evaluating >5 (middle).
5. Classification or innovation classes in their portfolio
   Assign appropriate names to the respective quadrants in the portfolio. By default, incremental, progressive, radical, disruptive, pool of ideas and irrelevant are envisaged. For example, you can rename them to today, tomorrow, future if ideas are categorized in this way internally at your company.
