User management and roles

Central user management and roles

In the main menu users you can manage cross-platform roles like users, managers, and administrators.

In addition, you can specifically manage the roles scouts, evaluators and campaign manager in idea campaigns and challenges.

Campaign manager

Campaign managers have full access to all functions of a campaign and can fully manage them. In particular, invite users to a campaign and define their roles. In addition, you can use the communication options available in AnyIdea to communicate easily and directly with participants in a campaign. You can see submitted ideas, interact with them, evaluate them and, of course, submit ideas yourself.

Evaluator

Evaluators see submitted ideas, can interact with them, evaluate them and, of course, submit ideas themselves.

Scouts

Scouts also see submitted ideas, can interact with them and also submit ideas themselves.

Note: Scouts, evaluators and campaign members are managed in each campaign via the user management tab.
